vodacom is useless

My phone got damage which was nit through negligence and they want to charge me also much to repair my phone and I have had my phone for only 6 months!!!! And my car was vandalised in vodcom world and nothing was done about it even though I I told them and opened ip a police case. And nothing no response from them at all. I'm not impressed and I will not recommend vodacom at all!!
