Vodacom is unwilling to help

Vodacom is absolutely useless. I keep trying to contact their call center and their useless bot keeps answering and is only willing to send me an invoice and not transfer me to an agent. There is issues with my profile where people are trying to transfer my number to someone else and I am getting very little assistance.

I was with MTN for 10 years with no issues and ive been with Vodacom for 2 months and have had the worst experience imaginable.
