Vodacom is unrealiable

Back in 2014, I bought a tablet that was advertised on TV, on arrival of de parcel, it wasn't what I thought I bought,, I was dissatisfied, within 7days I returned the parcel back to the supplier using the address that's appeared on it, come month end of that month of that month my account was debited, and that happened for another 6months following thereafter until I decided to stop the debit order so the person concerned will call me because everytime I do, nobody knows what I was talking about, eventually I got the call, stated my case and was referred to number of people until I spoke to Pontsho Motaung, for the first time in a year somebody understood me, she said I must send the details via her email which I obediently did, time passed, I got letters that my account will be handed over to the legal attorneys, even after sending proof of parcel number, its tracking, the date it reached the supplier and the name of the person who collected it on behalf of the company, Vodacom still claimed I'm owing them. I'm tired and drained and I wanted a free life, I paid the amount I didn't know through attorneys, but my name is still not cleared by Vodacom! What did I do to Vodacom?
