Vodacom is *********, UNPROFESSIONAL AND REAPS OFF PEOPLE

I am appalled at the poor service from Vodacom staff not to mention how ********* and UNPROFESSIONAL they are. Vodacom reaps off peoples moneys and never have answers, and our information with them is not safe because when their own employees access our records Vodacom cant tell who and when your info was accessed but they sing the POPIA ACT when you call even though they don't have proper security systems on our information. Cherise is a **** and very ********* she never logged my request after she said she would and Fatima Isaacs too she **** and said she called me when she didnt and when you call 135 all those people are untraceable!!!
