Vodacom is Unprofessional

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with ANY cellphone service provider! I took out a contract under false pretences and now its taken 2 weeks (and counting) to fix the issue. Some of Vodacom staff has **** to me, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Management arranges to call me back at a certain time and never does. It is always a schlep to get hold of the manager dealing with my query! I will NEVER get another contract with Vodacom again!
