Vodacom is ******** and above the credit act

I have recently been blacklisted ******** by vodacom its sumting from 11years old added 2 months ago on my itc.vodacom is damaging my good name and its ******** i know my rights and the consumer act what thy r doing is braking down good paying citizens and making ther lifes bad i have been building a good name and itc score over the past 7 years. And when i went to my bank for my overdraft it was turnd down for a vodacom listing thats 11years old and bean placed on my name recently that to say even after the new credit cact came in to law . I wil give vodacom and the itc department 7days to clear my name or i wil open a ******** cace at the saps and il take this matter to court and il lay a charge for scanding my mgood name and all losses i hade from the itc listing date. Im asking the involved partys to step up an clear my name
