Vodacom is unable to render the services they promise

Today is day 7 of my Vodacom challenge. 7days and still no internet. R720 later. Yesterday they send mean email they "dispatched a Tech" that will call me. I waited all day and no-one called. I cannot attend my online classes or work on my coursework as I do not have internet (although I paid), and I do not have monet to buy additional data. Please if you are reading this and still thinking of a service provider for fibre, DO NOT CHOOSE VODACOM
