Vodacom is trying to steel from me

Vodacom is a bunch of *******. My internet doesn't work from the 8th of December 2024. I called every day since then they've sent me reference numbers saying they will send a technician out. Still to this day no technician has came out and its almost been a year.... Eventually i changed service providers in January . Now they expect me to pay for December and January... but theŕe was no service. Now they have layers calling me and threatening me... i would never recommend vodacom ever. They dont worry about their customers. I had this issue almost every 3 months then my internet goes down. Then you wait about +- 10 days for them to repair it...
