Vodacom is trying to hold me hostage!!!

I cancelled my contract on the 26 July 2018. On the 11 Aug 2018 I received a bill which I then questioned at 9:38 on the 12 August 2018. Collin Mbatha committed to request the recording of the cancellation and advice within 48 hours. After 48 hours had lapsed I followed up daily without joy. I feel as if Vodacom is holding me hostage and wanting to draw as much from me as possible without my consent.

I requested that my contract be cancelled effective 31 July 2018.
