Vodacom is traumatising

Vodacom your legal/ deceased department is making my dad's death more traumatic than it already was, especially for my mom. Why do they take a week to reply to me even though I rep**** in 15 minutes? Now they want to cancel the line that I am still querying. And they don't accept phone calls!
