Vodacom is trashy

Vodacom is so ridiculous and pathetic. I have a phone contract with them and due to losing my job in February I could not make regular payments bit I did make arrangements and told them I will be one or two month behind . I will also try my best to make minimum payment. On the 03 June I paid R400 while owing R837. I am now told the payment has not reflected. I have even send them proof of payment but the rude consultants tell me about 24 hours. Like *** my phone will be suspended for 24 hours. Also I have emailed proof of payment to the supervisor. I have been calling all day .

Can you please give grace to unemployed people especially if you were making payments regularly. nobody choose to lose their job also you can't just stop paying while you earn. We all know the level of unemployment in this country. What a mess I actually regret taking the stupid contract. Masepa fela mxm
