Vodacom is TRASH!!!

How trashy can Vodacom be maar?? This is one service provider that I'd never recommend to anyone. They keep adding 3 GB on my account that I didn't even subscribe for and they put it up on my bill. For what?? How is that even possible, I call in and cancel and they continue giving me that data and bill again... What nonsense is that? Vodacom and its consultants are not fully trained!!!!!
