Vodacom is trash

I must say, vodacom is trash. I've lost my internet connection since 13:00 and they said " so to prevent ********** activity, we've temporarily blocked your number, I then phoned *** they said it's network error, it's been more than 5 hours. *** I'm even using a locked network phone, I can't even change the sim card, I had a deadline that neededto be sent by 17:00pm. I'm not happy...
