Vodacom is Trash

There are little words to truly describe how much hate I have for vodacom, so 1st off I would like to say vodacom should be shut down or sued, 2ndly I've had 3 "representatives" call me and the 1st one told me vodacom is running a covid relief campaign where selected clients pay half there premium for 6 months which I thought was nice but till today I've never gotten a discount, the 2nd agent called me 2 weeks+- after that and told me because of howmuch money I'm spending on airtime/data that I'd get R390 airtime every month instead of the R230 I'm currently getting on my contract which once again I thought was cool but till today has not happened, the latest agent which called a week ago+- and before she even spoke I asked is this another covid relief discount or a increase in my monthly amount of free airtime and I explained all the above to her and said I will be sueing at which point I was told a manager will email me but once again nothing. So the fact that my contract is R230 a month for a STINKING a21s with 3gig ram and 32gig space and I spend close to R1000 a month for data ontop of the R230 premium and then you still have reps calling people offering them **** deals is pathetic for a network that's supposed to be the best in SA AND don't even get me started on your prizes where I've had a thousand entries but have never won a single prize besides afew smoothies and a couple nandos meals in the years I've been with vodacom probably because I'm coloured and big prize winners are 90% black which anyone can go and see on there prize winners list so I'm not ****** but merely stating a fact wouldn't be surprised if those winners are related to the people in charge at vodacom. ANY OTHER NETWORK PROVIDER READING THIS THE 1ST AGENT TO CALL ME OFFERING ME A BETTER DEAL ILL TAKE IT!!!!! IM DONE WITH VODACOM AND I PRAY THE LORD DEALS WITH YOU PEOPLE/******** ACCORDINGLY 🙏 ALL OTHER PEOPLE LEAVE VODACOM TRUST ME THERES MANY MORE COMPETENT PROVIDERS OUT THERE WITH ALOT BETTER RATES THAN THIS **** OF A COMPANY. You will be hearing from my attorney and the amount of proof I've gathered over the years trust me is daming. SO TO YOU vodacom GO F#CK YOURSELFS!!!
