Vodacom is trash and will forever remain trash

The fact that I am writing a bad review about vodacom is really starting to annoy me. After my data only Number was upgraded without my permission and getting it cleared...

I decided that I will cancel my data only contract vodacom . I called on the 03rd of August to cancel my contract only to be told that one of the consultants, Given, would call me back. Till today I am still waiting. I am beyond fed up with Vodacom. You are the most useless network operator and your customer service is below par... bottom of the barrel.
