Vodacom is trash.

Absolute trash service, service requests move at a snails pace, customer care agents are pretty much of no help at all. Ordered a Fibre connection from Vodacom weeks ago and they failed to simply deliver the router AI rescheduled the delivery. Even after I made dozens of calls to customer care and even personal visits to their Head Office nothing came of it. Vodacom has absolutely no business providing Fibre. They absolutely suck at it. If you need a Fibre connection, use anyone other than them.
