Vodacom is trash

Vodacom is a **** and it's for the second time they mislead me.please don't ever take contract with them you will regret it🤬their consultants will lie just to get a sale from you.

I took a contract with them which included a Huawei home router,they advised that the Huawei router was out of stock however they will send Alcatel router to use in the meantime while waiting for Huawei to be in stock.I made them aware that I already have an Alcatel router so I use it instead of opening the new one,we agreed and it's there on the recording.

I have been checking up on their sales department for Huawei stock for the past 3 months and recently they advised that Huawei routers are not coming back as they have other brands of home routers,I requested an exchange of the Alcatel router they gave me to a home router that is similar to Huawei. they are taking me to pillar to post,they do not want to take their Alcatel router back and give me something else.

I have been struggling with connection ever since I took a deal but I didn't really mind cause I was waiting for a better router which was part of the package.now that the router has to be exchanged, there's a problem,why didn't the consultant advised that it will be exchanged? What have I been paying for these past few months?if we are going to cancel everything then they also need to compensate me cause I have not been getting value for money.I was supposed to enjoy the benefit of exactly what I'm paying for.
