Vodacom is trash

If 0 was a rating, I would definitely choose that. We closed a fibre account with vodacom in May 2020 and received invoice balance of 0.00 from then but out of nowhere we started receiving collections email and debt collectors were harassing us that we owe an amount and I emailed the collectors from vodacom saying the account was closed and we do not owe but I was ignored and they sent the account to debt collectors anyways. Now I was on the line with vodacom customer care for 25 minutes and they could not help. When I called the vodacom collections people they forwarded me to the debt collectors who told me the account was not closed. I do not understand this level of incompetence from vodacom and now my name has been blacklisted in ITC. This account has been closed since last year!!! Vodacom is absolute trash.
