Vodacom is trash
Called Vodacom to get a settlement for an overdue account. I was given an amount which i paid. Called them for a settlement letter and was told about more money that needed to be paid. The bad attitude from call center agents had clearly rubbed off from their supervisor. I was further told that the contract would be reinstated for three more months even though it was due to end in August. Pathetic.
