Vodacom is trash

So I've been getting pathetic service from Vodacom from day 1, almost 2 years into my contract and they have done everything but redeem themselves in my eyes. My data disappears almost every month and I have to constantly struggle with them. For almost a month now my query is with the network team who are unable to account for my dissapearing data. No one can give me answers, all I get are people asking me the same questions over and over again. Can't wait for my contract to end and be rid of these parasites who rip us off our hard earned money.
