Vodacom is trash I wrote a review last week regarding their shake off programme being a ****! As I had all puzzles aligned except 1 puzzle for more than 1000 mega shakes all puzzles kept saying you’ve already have that puzzle!! They promised to call and get back to me , and they did not proving my point lack of service! Lack of customer care, number 2 data connection I’ve been working from home since March due to covid Vodacom data most times midday don’t work ! Can’t access internet, WhatsApp, Teams meetings and Zoom! And when it’s back up hours later no one gives a **** to apologise or manage client expectations or even compensate! It’s ludacris!
