Vodacom is *******. They stole money from my bank account

My contract ended on the 31 March 2026, In lid April I contracted Vodacom call centre to confirm that my contract has successfully terminated and that no further debit orders will be processed.

I was assured by a consultant that my contact is terminated.

However to my surprise an amount of R275.75 was debited from my bank account. They stole my money.

I request a refund effective immediately. I don't want to do business with a bunch of *******.
