Vodacom is **** they gave the wrong contract package were the data sim card is not working it has no network i called they call centre spoke to an agent by the name of Sbusiso who said I must go to a Vodacom shop I went to the Vodacom shop in fourways and I was told that they can’t assist me as they have no access to online offers that they sell, agent from Vodacom shop said she is only an employee and can’t assist is fixing this or cancelling the contract. Am seriously not happy and wouldn’t recommend Vodacom to anyone.
