Vodacom is theves, *****ing data yet again.

Thank you so much, Vodacom for *****ING MY DATA YET AGAIN!!!!

Do you really think you can keep placing expiry dates on data, and get away with it? It is allready expensive as it is, costs real money to buy it, airtime does not expire, yet you take MY data whenever you ****in please! I had over a gig of data left that you took away from me. Either give me back my data, or refund me the unused data, you piece of **** company!

You are hiding behind terms and conditions yet again. By forcing my data to expire which costs real money to buy is effectively punishing me for not having finished my data bundle.

Telling me that i agreed to a 30 day bundle where no choice was given in the first place is trying to justify the theft of by data, and by extention my airtime, by claiming i agreed to it expiring.

I am getting fed up to the gills with companies hiding behind terms and conditions, regarding data being restricted and forced to expire. Tired of companies forcing people to take unwanted starter packs when only a phone is needed, and phones with starter packs are not sold unless said starter pack is ricad.

You are taking your customers for granted. You can only go so far. And until you prove otherwise, i see nothing but ********, ********** and ******* claiming to be a world class telecommunications provider.
