VODACOM IS THE WORST- UPGRADE WITHOUT PERMISSION, NOW OUT THE LAWYERS ON ME

HANDED OVER without resolution. I am FURIOUS!!!! I want a Vodacom MANAGER to call me now.

Vodacom refuses to assist me. I confirmed telephonically that I didnt want to renew my existing contract which was ending. Now they say the cant find the call.
