Vodacom is the WORST SP!!
So I have been with Vodacom FOREVER. I wanted to upgrade one of my contracts today and I was told due to a missed payment in 2019 (my contract was extended to make up for that) I can not upgrade. When I said that I will have no choice then to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom, the rep rep**** with "OK"
It seems that Vodacom does not care about any of their clients. You can be with them for 2 months, 10 years or 50 yrs. They don't give a damn about their clients.
After this conversation, I am definitely canceling all 4 contracts with vodacom.
Don't worry, I wont miss you either

01 Mar 2021, 16:25Instead of trying to keep your customers, you told me exactly the same as the call center agents. Nothing is done to keep your clients. The only response vodacom can give is "ok". This is once again proof that vodacom will NEVER go out of their way to keep their customers.
