VODACOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER YET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the promotional "60 any network minutes " but when I try to make a call it says I have reached my call limit . I made one call and it used up my normal airtime !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I check my balances it still shows that I have the full 60 minutes but I am unable to make calls !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to make an urgent important call that's why I bought the 60 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried calling Vodacom's customer care but as usual you can't get through !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope Vodacom will sort this out today still !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is really pathetic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
