Vodacom is the worst service provider ever with the terrible service

I’m extremely tired of this company i regret the day i took contract with them.Can you resolve my billing issues it’s affecting my credit score,I have sent statements as a proof that i paid you however you keep on sending me wrong statement with wrong outstanding balance.I have called,sent emails,post on social media but none of you can resolve this issue.fix the issues
