Vodacom is the worst service provider ever.

I am completely disgusted with the service that one receives from Vodacom.<br> My handset was handed in for repairs on thee 14/03/2015.<br> <br> Its been almost a month. when I phone for updates,they never seem to know what is happening,and when I ask if they can find out they simply cannot help you.<br> <br> This is not my first bad experience with Vodacom. If i had the cash-flow i would buy out all my contracts with them now,and move to another provider.<br> I will never buy/take a contract with them ever again!<br> <br> There is no use in complaining about the service,because actually there is no customer service to speak off.
