Vodacom is the worst service provider ever

Vodacom is the worst service provider ever

Initially I got a call from Vodacom to add value bundel where I get 2 gigs of data for R119 a month.

Currently I am paying R140 for 1 gig and I thought what a bargain. Thinking that this is too good to be true I asked the sales person several times, am I paying nothing extra on my account, is this another payment or an additional contract. She assured me that the monthly payment is less, I will paying less and NOT more, basically in getting more for less and an internet Wi-Fi ****le. After 3 days I received the package, I followed the instructions and phoned Vodacom to activate, to my surprize the activation agent informed me of the debit pro-rata? I was very surprised and informed the agent that I should get a pro-rata credit because I am paying less now? The agent then informed and admitted I was miss-led in signing up. I then agreed that they must come and fetch the item that was delivered, and not deduct any money. To my surprise I was informed that they cannot stop die payment and will only refund after the item was been returned. I need to phone them back?? When I queried this and sad that the mistake was by Vodacom and they need to call me back the agent responded by saying she did not make the mistake and it’s not her problem?? Omw . It has now been 3 weeks and my money has not been refunded yet, also I requested that they send me the recording where I was misled, this also has not happened, today when I phoned I got cut off on purpose on 2 occasions. What do I do, I want report this to the fsb, I also want my money to be refunded, however it it is impossible to speak to Vodacom as they either cut me off or make promises that they don’t keep.

· I want the original recording to report it to the FSb when is was misled.

· I want my money to be refunded

· I want the individuals involved to be reprimanded and the individual that miss-lead me when she sold this to be debarred by the FSB

Let see how long Vodacom takes to respond to this complaint!!!!!1
