Vodacom is the WORST service provider

Vodacom is the worst service provider that I have ever had to deal with. My fibre has been down for almost two weeks and I keep getting sent from pillar to post by Vodacom customer service agents. Every month without fail, I have been down for at least two weeks and no technician has ever been sent to check what is causing the issue yet my account is debited every month for services I haven't even used. Vodacom needs to do better, you cannot treat paying customers like you are doing them a favor. Totally unacceptable!!!
