Vodacom is the worst service provider

I Paid them on the 31st spoke to 5 different people emailed 4 times went into vodacom and i still have no service i am a single mother driving around with no service on my cell phone and i cant anymore i will not pay my invoice this month because why should i pay for a service i have not received .
