Vodacom is the worst service provider

Vodacom sold my number to another person, just because they assumed that my number was dormant for 3 months, even though I was on a month to month pay as you go basis, and I received and made calls on that number. According to them my number was dormant and therefore the number went back into the system and was sold to someone else. I think this is absolute ******* and very troublesome.
