Vodacom is the worst service provider
I had 2 contracts with Vodacom that ended in December 2018 I requested a settlement amount and I paid it off in full. I then made a call to them to request for cancellation of both the contract in December 2018 ref no for the call:*** they consultant that was assisting only closed one contract and left the other one open, it has need accumulating fees and now IAM owing R3000 and they have listed me on ITC. When I tried to call their call centre they keep on hanging up on me. Vodacom is the worst service provider ever
