Vodacom is the Worst Service Provider!

After lodging a complaint for my contract that was meant to be cancelled on the 1st July I thought that the problem would be resolved especially since Vodacom confirmed that they would. Its been almost a week now and no one has even bothered to call me!!!<br> <br> \ I requested telephonically for my contract to be cancelled. This was never done and now I am going to be billed for another month for something that I did not want in the first place.<br> <br> I called this morning and spoke to Bryan Bhebhe and I was promised that he would get back to me before 11am.
