Vodacom is the worst network provider

I have been a loyal vodacom customer for almost 20 years but I've had enough of this company that doesn't take their customers seriously. I took out a contract in September (2023 thank God it's ending soon) with a portable power station, now this power station is faulty, it functions they way it's supposed to but the battery only goes to 80% or 70% then it's completely flat. I took the power station back to vodacom and after a week they told me to come fetch the power station as it's working the way it's supposed to. Since when does a devices battery switch off at 80%, since when does 80% mean 0% battery left? We have been without electricity for 20 days straight, today I used the power station to power my fiber and router, I also charger my laptop with it, on exactly 74% it switched off, when I charge it it shows 0% battery left, but no the power station is working exactly as it's supposed to. One would think after 20 years of loyal service they will at least make an effort for their customers, but hey, I'm lying and they are not, they will never sell me a faulty item , now I'm stuck with the 20% power station as the warranty expired and they made sure not to repair it for me when I took it in while it was still under warranty. So after 20 years I'm saying bye vodacom, you've taken me for a fool one too many times
