Vodacom is the worst network ever!!!!

Vodacom is the worst network in the country. Really they are. Even cell c, mtn and telkom lately has better network. My husband has had contracts with vodacom for years now. Last year November we took the black friday deal the 400GB + 400GB with the 5G home router but 5G my ass. For the last 2 weeks we can't connect at all and we get no network on our phones when trying to connect. The reception is ****. You call customers care and they make you try this and try that but nothing. You go to the store and the router and sim card is fine but yet wont connect even with still over 800GB left. They call themselves the best but yet you never get signal and can never connect. Always network issues yet people with other networks gets better reception. Vodacom has seriously gone useless. Now when all our contracts comes up for renewal we will be canceling all of them. What is the point of a 5G router when you don't even get 2G. Their service and network is useless and we are done with vodacom. In our line of works we deal with different people everyday and lots of them to so vodacom can be sure word of mouth will spread about warning people away from vodacom and blasting them all over social media. We are done with vodacom. They are useless and **** and everyone is better off with other networks. Goodbye vodacom cause you lost really good customers.
