VODACOM is the worst network ever

Terrible network. Wish I could rate them zero stars. First of all, when you phone, you only have self-help options, and never the option I am looking for. It is a impossible to speak to a consultant. Network coverage is non-existent in my area in the middle of Jhb. A new debit order is added on my bank account, which is not mine. How do I get hold of a consultant to sort it out????????????
