Vodacom is the worst internet provider in my experience
My fibre keeps disconnecting and it is becoming a regular thing. Vodacom blames my router that they have given me for my package. They say that they can pick up the MetroFibre line but can not pick up the router.
I then go through the whole exercise with them. Reset the router, reset the fibre, reset, plug out, reset, plug out and then they tell you we will open a ticket.
I pay over R1000 for internet and I have to go through this exercise almost monthly.
Then you deal with staff members that treat you like you are an idiot. If you try to explain to them what the last person said the problem was and was told by them to explain the problem to the next agent if it happens again, they talk down to you like you are born without a brain cell.
I tried canceling. The phone keeps kicking off.
I don't know how to get vodacom out of my life.
I don't say this enough. I HATE Vodacom. I wish you out of my life! You are rude and completely in breach of your own contract.

I told him that I am not proud of making the original post.
After getting home I saw that the internet sucks again. I have a 250mb/s download and upload, but my speed is 213mb/s download and 8.77mb/s upload. Regular issue with them.
Now I wish that I went ahead with the cancelation and I will now go out of my way to tell people about my experience with Vodacom Fibre.
Do not fall for their promises. They paint a beautiful picture and leave you high and dry and I am absolutely not talking to their customer service again.
I am giving my notice at the end of the month so that I can give the new provider enough time to install.
If you take up one of their offers and you end up feeling the same as I do, then you are in the same boat as me. We saw the warnings and chose to ignore them. This is your own fault.
I wish I have listened to the warnings.
