Vodacom is the worst, incompetant company.

Vodacom Can you please send me the contact or email details of Mr. Mohamed Shameel Aziz Joosub. I am sure he will at least answer back relating to my NUMEROUS complaints. I have been sending messages with questions to *** - etc. etc. at Vodacom. The only response I constantly get is "we will get back to you as soon as we have feedback"... There's no timeframe on that!!!!

I want to warn people - please do not sign up (especially online) for a Vodacom contract, the process is LONG, incomplete, confusing, backwards (to name a few). They actually "approve you with conditions" - but can't state the conditions, and when you ask them about it and why no one requested your FICA documents such as a payslip, bankstatements, proof of address, ID, etc. - BEFORE this approval, they can't even answer you on that.

How can they "approve" people for a contract, based on conditions, but they don't even follow the National Credit Regulator's way of vetting for approval? How do they determine affordability without this VITAL DETAILS?

Then eventually they get your details (even after sending all the above documents to them eventually, when you actually state to them they needed that in the first place), change your status to approved (with no conditions). Even when sending them proof of all these documents, they get your details wrong, address, etc.! Incompetant much?! Their excuse "we picked up you had a prior contract with Vodacom, so we used that (OLD & outdated) details... WITHOUT VERIFYING! I had to call Vodacom myself to verify my details, as they had it completely wrong.

Pathetic, I do not trust this process. It's been taking 17 days just to get to "some point". My order was approved and processed. Asked numerous times for the CORRECT order number, as I was given an incorrect one, and also my order tracking number (now I am being ignored).

Vodacom, you have until 9am to send me the contact details of someone more/most senior, or I am definitely taking it further as I have a strong case (proof on email and messenger) and sure, you have recordings too which I will request, as I have the right to them (info on it) - Vodacom is not following correct procedure for credit vetting (which could lead to *****...) and not following the NCR and FICA law with credit contract applications.

Roshan Abdurahman who promised she will sort this out for me, is not even answering my calls, messages and even call-message left for her. How professional!
