Vodacom is the worst fibre provider in SA

It has been 3 weeks since my vodacom fibe wifi has stopped working.After several telephone calls and a visit by the technicians the problem has still not been resolved.Vodacom is not taking responsibility to repair the problem on their rooter and fibre line.Vodacom fibre is the worst fibe provider in South Africa. The fibre speed they promised has never been achieved since I signed up.
