Vodacom is the worst fibre provider

Vodacom is the worst fibre provider in the world. 4 weeks ago we reported that our fibre was down, after 45 calls of trying to find an update to get it resolved and 2 weeks of waiting for a technician to come fix it, it was fixed. But just after a week of him fixing it the fibre is down again and they keep lying saying it’s an area outage but my neighbor that lives in the next street hasn’t had an outage in a few months.

This means I only had fibre for 1 week in the space of a month. Paying close to a thousand rands for 1 week of fibre?? If this is what it means to have vodacom as a provider I’d rather move to Vuma tel or something.
