Vodacom is the worst fiber infrastructure provider

You would think because vodacom is a big company that their service would be good but its not. Waiting for my fiber to be installed with them being the only infrastructure provider here. Its awfull service you would think after 2 weeks of applying and approval that they would atleast contact you to arrange a date for installation. I just hope the kids doesnt damage the fiber box outside because some school kids does kick the box outside if it gets damaged itll probably take a month for them to fix it. Well they must know if therr is no internet for half a month im only paying for half a month. My neighbor being with vodacom said her line was off for a month before they fixed the box and vodacom still wanted her to pay for that month. Why should you pay for a service that you arent getting. Please reply to this message here on hello peter qnd not get one of your consultants to phone. Please let the world read your responce or are vodacom too afraid to talk publicly.
