Vodacom is the worst ever!!!!!

After 2 year of fighting Vodacom to pay back my money that they confirmed will not be deducted from my account, but was deducted!

Vodacom confirm that the amount has been credited... THEY CREDITED A STRANGERS ACCOUNT WITH MONEY!!!!!

The consultant was argumentative instead of using logical sense that the: - Account number was different - Account name holder was different - My confirmed debit amount was different.

Vodacom, you are: - useless! - pathetic! - inadequate! - illogic!

Your service is truly and definitely horrible!!

I urge anybody that needs to decide which service provider to use - NEVER CHOOSE VODACOM!!!!
