Vodacom is the worst company to deal with

I would like to tell everyone that Vodacom is by far, the worst company t deal with. After more than 2 years of trying to get a simple paid up letter to update my records at Transunion, I eventually contacted the CEOs office, and I was told that I am not able to speak to him. Shameel Joosub is useless and should be fired. I’m fact, the whole of vodacom should be shut down. Vodacom is messing up my life simply because they refuse to give me a paid up letter for a contract that I settled in August 2019. I want a call from Shameel Joosub, otherwise I will make sure that I bring Vodacom to its knees.
