Vodacom is the worst company that I never want to do business with again.

Vodacom renewed my wife's contract without her knowledge and they are changing her more monthly. We tried to sort this out with Vodacom and they constantly transferred us to different departments that didn't help.

We eventually decided to cancel this uncontested conted and pay the cancelation fee just to make sure we never have to talk to another Vodacom customer service person again.

I suggest everyone to go to any other network provider.
