Vodacom is the worst company 🤬

I have never seen any company who has little shame as Vodacom, they are charging me every month for rooter that does not work and every time i call they will escalate my issue to the manager or their service team but that is yet to be done the thing hasn’t work for 4 months but without a fail they will take the money with no shame at all. I have tried to cancel the contract but all i get are threats of paying R10,000.00 to them. I do not know what to do anymore.
