VODACOM IS THE WORST CELLUAR NETWOR****
Saturday second of March, I lost my cellphone and I tried to do a sim swap through self service but then folks at Vodacom kept sending me link to "chat" like hell I want a voice call and clearly answer the security questions. Weeks went by and I finally decided to go to a Vodacom in Central Pretoria where I got an attitude from the staff so much that I decided to walk away but I need their service, I need to get back online so I went back the next day which is today and I found an Indian guy sitting the vacantly so I decided to take a seat and I explained to him my problem and as usual he asked a few security questions which I answered, he asked me to give him five last dailled numbers. I could remember that I called my sister, a friend and a few other friends whose number I can't remember at the top of my head. Right, he then told me to go to a police station to get a police affidavit which I did and mind due I had to Uber there with money I don't really have but before I left I asked why Vodacom puts us through all the trouble to Rica? I came back from Sunnyside police station in no time and as I was about to walk in I found him standing outside having a cigarette tells me I have to go to a VodaShop and do it there, that's when I asked him he did not tell me this sooner and he just gave me a silly little excuse that I didn't even care to listen to.
Now Vodacom, being a loyal customer since I had my first phone, is this the treatment I deserve and how can not knowing five people's number justify that the number is not mine? I trust I will hear from you soon.
