Vodacom is the worst cellphone service provider

I have been trying to cancel my contract with vodacom for almost a week now. Each time I call on *** I hold on for extended period of time and eventually cutoff. When ever I get through begore we finish with my cancellation the call gets cutoff. I think it's deliberate because I ahve left messages through the system to be called back but never received Vodacom call back

It's frustrating because I don't want to be with service provider who makes it difficult to find them. I think now I'll have to contact the consumer protector for assistance
