VODACOM IS THE WORST CELLPHONE PROVIDER EVER

I have a WIFI contract with Vodacom which ends in October 2024. On Monday the 13th of May, Telkom had an outage that affected the MTN and Vodacom networks as well. This happened around 2pm that afternoon. Telkom then sorted their issue out but we were still not able to get network coverage with Vodacom. I have my cellphone contract with MTN for over 15 years and I have never had any issues with them even when the Telkom outage happened I still had MTN coverage. We called the Vodacom Call Centre maybe over 10 times to advise that there is still a network issue in our area because we were still not able to connect to the internet. Vodacom even ended up blocking our number from calling them. To date the 17th of May we still have no Vodacom internet connectivity which has been an inconvenience to us as we work from home and had to make alternate arrangements. We even went to to Pavilion Vodacom store and our WIFI router worked there so there was proof that there is a network issue in our area. To date no one from Vodacom has called to assist us but yet they expect to be paid for a service that we are not receiving. I have w contracts left with Vodacom and once they are both finished, I will most definitely not renewing the contract with them. I will be moving everything over to MTN. Vodacom is by far the worst cellphone provider and I will never recommend Vodacom to any one that I know. I will be telling everyone about the pathetic service that I received from Vodacom.
